Working behind the scenes at HFS gives me a unique view of the care and detail that go into taking care of our clients. I love knowing that my work helps create seamless experiences that clients appreciate. For me, there’s real satisfaction in taking things off someone’s plate and making their day a little easier.

Outside of work, I’m training to become a certified Pilates instructor. Before joining HFS, I held several support and operational roles in financial services, where I discovered my passion for building systems, being organized, and helping teams work more effectively.
